Het is namelijk al moeilijk genoeg om eenvoudig te denken.\u00a0Trainingen zijn bedoeld om nieuwe competenties te ontwikkelen, om diepere inzichten te verwerven of om tot een hoger rendement te komen.\u00a0In elke training ligt in meer of mindere mate een gedragsverandering besloten.\u00a0Maar ondanks duizenden jaren evolutie is er geen levend wezen zo onveranderlijk als de mens.\u00a0Organisaties zijn complexe, levende systemen die steeds in verandering zijn. Als veranderingen vaak plaatsvinden, treedt er bij de medewerkers onvermijdelijk weerstand op. Want veranderen is erg lastig en doet vaak pijn. Het zijn daarom de meest eenvoudige methodieken en oefeningen die deze \u201cpijn\u201d kunnen wegnemen. En slechts \u00e9\u00e9n procent gedragsverandering sorteert al een groot effect.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
